4ST Four Legs Textile Webbing Sling

We produce 4ST textile slings in a wide range and carry out custom orders. It is allowed to work with them for persons with the experience of a slinger who know how to properly fix the load and timely see the damaged sling.

Examinations should be performed depending on the utilization rate of 4ST slings. In accordance with the regulations of the industry regulatory documents, if used on the daily basis, an audit should be conducted every 10 days. All damaged products shall be rejected. They shall be replaced by new 4ST textile slings. The quality slings allowed for the use are tagged with the date of the previous examination and the load that was allowed during the examination.

Design features

4ST textile slings are represented by the following design:

• lifting link in the form of an oval, fixed on the hook of the crane;
• webbing legs;
• a hook, a clamp or a shackle as a lower end element.

Our company manufactures cargo holding devices from durable artificial textile — polyester, which is not affected by temperature changes. The polyester webbing possesses elasticity and high breaking strength. We manufacture lifting devices in accordance with RD 24-SZK-01-01 requirements.

4ST textile slings are classified according to different parameters:

• Eye type slings and endless slings. Endless slings have increased rigidity. They are suitable for fixing long objects. Eye type slings provide the best fit to the load;
• The number of layers of the webbing. For increased loads, two- or three-layer slings are used, their load limit exceeds 40-50%.
